Having a dress rehearsal will let us know how much time to allow for costume changes, any costume fixes, sound, etc.

Classes begin Monday, June 11th with Registration for New and Returning students Saturday, May 19th from 10-2 p.m.  and again on Saturday, June 9th from 10-2 p.m. We are offering lots of classes along with Gym and Cheer clinics. Please see our schedule for dates, times and prices.

Come join USAGA and their many new FITNESS CLASSES for 2012.  You love Zumba? Information and Policies for Parents

Instruction for all ages, beginners as well as
advanced. Most classes are set up by age groups unless their skill level puts
them in another class. Students get one on one learning in all classes. Your
input could help us create new classes.  Special Note: Classes
with 5 or less attending on any given class may be shortened to 45
minutes.

DRESS ATTIRE- All
students are required to wear their USAGA uniform with proper undergarments to
class. Leotards are still the best recommendation, but are not mandatory. All
hair longer than shoulder length MUST be up and secured away from the face. Low
ponytails and braids are best. No fancy hair decorations (THEY HURT!)  .

HOLIDAYS/VACATIONS- Classes follow the same schedule as the
Putnam County School System. Monthly
fees remain the same because even with holidays all classes receive an average
of 4 weeks per billing cycle of physical instruction during the School
Year.  Refer to your Holiday Schedule
handout if you have any questions.  USAGA
will have two paid vacation weeks & will be closed the last week of each
school year & one week just before school starts.

ABSENTEES-
All fees are to be paid in advance for the upcoming 4 week period of
instruction and there are no credits or refunds for missed classes. Call the
studio ahead of time before attending any other class to make up a missed
class.  Give a courtesy call to let us
know why your child will not be able to attend class. WE CARE AT USAGA!

MONTHLY FEES- Payments are due
the week of the 15^th of each month. USAGA has the capabilities
of ACH Banking (Debits from your checking or savings account).  DEBIT/VISA CARDS, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER ARE
ACCEPTED. CASH is to be put in envelopes with details. No refunds-No exceptions!

LATE PAYMENT POLICY !!!!!!!! (After 5 business
days)

$5.00 WEEKLY LATE FEE will be added EACH WEEK TO YOUR UNPAID BALANCE.

** NO EXCEPTIONS- Payments can be made over the phone using ACH at no additional
charge, or a debit transaction can also be accepted at a $1.50 processing fee.

*Any delinquent accounts after 10 business days will
be billed to credit card # on file*

WITHDRAWALS - Form needs to be filled out immediately if
your child is not returning to class and all fees paid at time of withdrawal.
Withdrawals are not effective for 30 business days.  Without a withdrawal form - you will
be continually billed for monthly dues.

*There are no more temporary
withdrawals – if you need to pull your child out of class for any given month
or more and plan on returning you must continuing paying your normal rate to
reserve your child’s enrollment .

REGISTRATION- There is a $35.00 registration fee (per person).
Your registration fee provides your child with a matching short set with USAGA
logos and registration process. Registration is done annually and kept on
record.  Registration fees are not
refundable under any circumstance.

NEW ENROLLMENTS- Monthly fees are prorated per class until the next
payment cycle begins. Students may attend a trial class for $15.00 one time and
be under no obligation to register. Limit – 3 trial classes.

COSTUME POLICY *You will
have to pay a costume fee of $60 for each costume per class and this is the

total amount you will pay per costume (excluding any accessories; tights,
shoes, etc.). Costume payments will be split into two installments of $30 each.
These payments will be due with the OCT Monthly Class Fee and the FEB Monthly
Class Fee for our annual show in May the following year!  We have to allow adequate time for the
ordering (10 – 14 weeks) and also any returns that have to be made. Only student’s costumes that have to be returned for
size exchange will have to pay an additional exchange fee (amount may vary due
to shipping) then be refunded by recital date.

EQUIPMENT- No one is
allowed on any piece of the equipment without proper supervision. This includes
before, during, and after class. Absolutely
no tumbling or horse playing when instructors are not present in the room. SPECTATORS- We encourage all of
our parents/guardians to stay and watch class if you choose to.  We ask that you do not attempt to talk or
“coach” the children participating in class without prior permission from the
current instructor.

Additional safety rule for other
children not enrolled in USAGA, but present with student:  Do not allow children to dart out or
participate on the mats while class is in session. This is a big safety rule that everyone needs to follow!
